Choose slide layout

Click on the words

Type your text

Click in front of first word

Click, hold, and drag across
all text that you want to change.

Go to “format” on the menu
bar

Scroll down to “font”
5.
Change type of text, size,
and color.

Click OK
1. Place your cursor on the picture that you want to save
2. Right click
3. Scroll to “Save picture as”
4. Navigate to “Yourschool$”
5. Then “Yourteacher’s” folder
6. Then “Yourname” folder
7. Name your picture (no capitals and no spaces)
8. Click “Save”

Choose “From File”

Click on the picture you
want, then click “insert”.

Go to “slide show”

Scroll down to “custom
animation”
4.
Click on arrow next to “no
effect” to choose movement

Click on arrow next to “no
sound” to choose sound
9.
Click OK

Go to “Insert”

Scroll down to “New Slide”

Go to File

Scroll down to “Save As”

Click on arrow next to “Save
In” field

Navigate to “Yourschool$”
5.
Then “Yourteacher’s”
folder
6.
Then “Yourname”
folder
7.
Name it (no capitals and no
spaces)
8.
Click “Save”
9.
After you have saved the first time, go to File
10.
Scroll to “save”. This will save everything you have created
into the same file!

Scroll to “view slide show”
to watch presentation
