DIRECTIONS FOR HEADING YOUR NOTEBOOK PAPER

1. Write your first and last name, date, and period in the upper right corner of your notebook paper.

2. The title goes in the center on the top line.

3. High light your title.

4. When numbers are needed, place the numbers to the left of the red margin.

5. Do not skip lines, unless told to do so.

6. When the front of your paper is full, go to the back of the paper.
