Running now helps you become a better runner. In the long run you will be thankful you pushed yourself during the summer months and your teammates and coach will thank you too!!

Get out there and RUN GO DEMONS!!!!!!

**RUNNING SHOES!!! Now is the time to get a new pair and have them “broken in”

before the season begins.
