AIM pro Video Conference Video Settings

Description: If you're having problems with your video conference, you might check the settings.  See below for description.
 

 

Log in to AIM Pro and double click on a person that is online

 

On the dialog box that opens, go to Edit / Video Settings

 

Make sure that a capture device is listed.  If there isn't one, then the webcam you have wasn't installed correctly or needs to be installed again.  Put a work order in or see a tech person.

 

To check your voice settings, go to Edit / Voice Settings

 

Again, make sure that a microphone is listed.

 

If altering these settings do not fix a video or audio problem, please see a tech person today!
