Editing your class lists

Description:
The students in your classes are scheduled by your building eSIS person.  If there are any problems or questions with those lists, please contact them.

 

To See Student Information

Once you're on a Class Dashboard, to see the personal information on any of your students, click on their name.


 
  On the window that appears, click a tab to go to the appropriate  information.

To edit your class roster

Click the Update Roster link at the bottom of your class lists

   

 

 
  1. If you see a W next to a name, that student has been withdrawn from your class.  Note:  The name will remain there for the rest of the year

  2. To hide a student from your list (mainly because of the W's) check the box in the Hide? column

  3. If you wish to order your students differently, use the Order fields. 

  4. Make sure you click the Save button to save the changes you make

  5. To edit another class, use the center navigation pull-down

  6. If you wish to 'group' your students for any reason, use the pull-down to select the group per student.
