In reports, choose Missing Assignments Report

Click


 

a:  Select one or more classes

 

b:  Select the grading period

 

c:  Select sort

 

d:  Select Excel

 

Click

 

The report in Excel probably will open up in a new tab, but not come to the front.  Click on the Display Report tab.

 

 

  Click on the bar just under the tab and choose download file..

Choose either Open or Save.

If you choose Save, you'll have to go to where you saved the file and open it from there.  If you choose Open, it'll just open and you can work on it right away.

     
Excel Setup (one-time setup)
  Click the down arrow up at the top of the page (Quick Access Toolbar)

Choose More Commands

Then, in the window that opens, choose All Commands

Using the slider controls in the left pane, choose the following commands from the list:

  • Page break preview
  • Page orientation
  • Normal view

Delete the rows between classes
  • Click and drag across the row headers to select the empty rows
     
  • On Home ribbon, click Delete
    

 

Get into Page Break Preview mode
  • Click-hold-and-drag any blue line up, down, left, right until all blue lines (page breaks) are no longer there
     
  • Click Normal View mode

 

     
You could print at this point.  Portrait might result in larger print on the paper, so use the Page orientation tool
