Description:
Sometimes you get unwanted email from outside the district.  Although not foolproof, try the instructions below to limit junk email that come from a single email address.

Open Outlook.
If you continually get unwanted email (from outside the district), select the email when it arrives by single-clicking it.

Once selected, go to the Actions menu, select junk E-mail, and then Add Sender to Blocked Senders Lists

If you see this next dialog box, check the box and click OK

IF you ever accidentally get an email address in the junk list, go to the Actions menu, select junk E-mail, and then Junk E-mail Options...

On the Blocked Senders tab, choose the email address that you'd like to unblock and then click Remove
