Creating a Rule for Junk Mail |

Open Outlook. | |

If you continually get
unwanted email (from outside the district), select the email when it
arrives by single-clicking it.

Once selected, go to the Actions menu, select junk E-mail, and then Add Sender to Blocked Senders Lists |

If you see this next dialog box, check the box and click OK | ![]() |

| IF you ever accidentally get
an email address in the junk list, go to the Actions menu, select junk
E-mail, and then Junk E-mail Options...
|

|
| On the Blocked Senders tab, choose the email address that you'd like to unblock and then click Remove |
