Create your own distribution lists in Outlook |

In Outlook, click the down arrow next to New and choose Distribution List |

Type in a name for the distribution list |

To type email addresses in, click Add New | ![]() |

Type in a name for the contact and their
email address. Check the Add to Contacts box if you wish to add the email to your contacts list. |

Once you click the OK button, you should see
the email listed in the pane below. Once all emails have been typed in, click the Save and Close

To send emails to this new list

To edit your distribution list, click
Contacts, find the distribution list, and double-click it. Add as you did in the step 3 above. Remove a member of the list by selecting the name and clicking
