Summary: Student Comments
Description:
Use the Student Comments view (shown
below) to apply comments to students for progress reports or grade
export files. There are two lists in this view: the upper list
displays the comments that have been applied and the lower list
displays the available comments.
To do this:

Click on the Summaries
icon on the toolbar

Click on the
tab.
·
Single click on
comments in the bottom window to insert.
·
To delete comments,
click on the number in front of the comment in the top window
·
To edit comments or
make your own, click on the lower window’s
. Don’t forget to
put a ^ at the beginning of each comment.
Progress report option
·
When you are doing
progress reports and are on the Progress Report Option dialog box,
check or uncheck
