For recording grades, select the appropriate subject tab.

 

For each student, click on the appropriate grading period

When you click on the box for the grade, you will get choices.  Move the mouse cursor to the correct choice and left-click.

If you make a mistake, click on the box again and choose differently.

If you want the box to be blank, choose the blank at the bottom of the choices.

Alternatively, you may record grades on the tab.

1.  Click on the forward arrow until you arrive at the student you are recording grades for.

2.  In the correct grading period column, click the grade box and choose the correct grade.

  If you're done:  Saving is automatic.  To close out of the program if finished, choose the X in the top right of the window
