There are several ways to get needed forms:

		Talk to or email the individual teacher
		The Thursday folder is the online version of what goes home with students each Thursday.  If your child is absent or forgets to bring it home, visit our Thursday folder at http://www.wlake.org/parkside/ThursdayFolder/index.htm
		Go to the School forms and lists icon on Parkside's front page.
